No ski-in/ski-out option, only available under certain weather conditions. Experienced difficulties with door code during the stay, took a while to reach management company.

We stayed in a relatively spacious, dated condo with a balcony. The location was convenient for skiing, as long as there was enough snow on the ground. The management company, although difficult to reach at times, was eventually able to resolve the issue with the door code.
The heating in the condo was inadequate, leading us to sleep fully dressed. Additionally, the bed sheets were stained and there were not enough blankets provided.

The condo at Sunrise Mountain Village - Bear View was relatively spacious and had a balcony. However, there were a few drawbacks. The location did not offer ski-in/ski-out access unless there was a lot of snow in the area. Additionally, during my stay, there was an issue with the door code being changed. It took over 2 hours to reach the management company and resolve the issue, resulting in a significant loss of skiing time. The heating in the condo was also inadequate, forcing us to sleep fully dressed. The bed sheet was stained, and there were not enough blankets, making it even more uncomfortable due to the heater problems. Lastly, one of the bedrooms contained a fair amount of garbage, including old bicycles, a broken chair, and rolls of old carpet. Despite these drawbacks, the condo itself was spacious and had a balcony. I would recommend this stay at Sunrise Mountain Village - Bear View, but with the knowledge of these issues.
